Are you a world-class manufacturer seeking an invention that significantly reduces energy consumption and helps to meet your bold sustainability targets?

Consider the patent-pending Air Flow Multiplier, also known as a

"Fluid Flow Augmenting Device for a Fluid Circulation System."

Patent Pending

Serial No: 63/293,732

Why Do Manufacturers Need It?

  • It saves research/development costs, energy and time.
  • It stands out in a crowded marketplace.
  • It delivers a higher-quality HVAC product to customers.
  • It helps your customers save money.
  • It gives customers a longer-lasting solution by increasing the lifespan of condenser components (fans, motors, etc.).
  • It can be made of 100% recycled components.
  • It can be locally manufactured.
  • It gives you brand recognition for innovation and sustainability.
  • It gives past customers an important reason to upgrade their systems.
  • It will attract new customers to your company.
  • It may give you additional tax credits for proactively implementing “eco-improvements” to your products.

Why Do Consumers Need It?

  • It lowers energy costs.
  • It reduces monthly expenses.
  • It increases the lifespan of condenser components (fans, motors, etc.) thus reducing maintenance costs.
  • It is a ‘green’ innovation that helps customers do their part to reduce energy consumption.

Why Does Nature Need It?

  • It reduces energy production and consumption.
  • It reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
  • It reduces replacement of complex condenser parts like fans and motors.
  • HVAC energy continues to play a huge role in emissions; radical thinking is urgently needed.

What Did We Do?

  • We had an idea!
  • We partnered with the engineering team at the Lambton Manufacturing Innovation Centre (Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park) to explore it further.
  • We undertook a series of preliminary research projects into the design and feasibility of our innovation.
  • We completed CFD analysis and determined that our hypothesis was correct.
  • We 3D-printed a full-scale version of our invention.
  • We installed it in a modified York condenser.
  • We set it up and took measurements at the Wind Engineering, Energy and Environment Research Institute.
  • We relied on third-party testing to analyze the wind tunnel data, which revealed: the modified condenser saw an average air flow rate that was almost double the air flow rate of the OEM condenser.

What Does This Mean?

We have a patent-pending design for an invention that significantly increases the cooling power of a residential condenser (and other fluid flow devices) without increasing the amount of electrical energy. And we want you to share it with the world.

Are you committed to reducing our environmental impact?

Are you seeking innovative ideas to increase revenue?

If so, we look forward to sharing our Report on Innovation and provisional patent with you.
